My Bank account is updating the total balance but never bringing in the transactions. No connectivity issues.

My Business Checking account with First National Bank of PA is linked to my quickbooks and has been running fine for some time.  In just the last month or so, the balance has continued to update the entire time, but it never brings in the transactions that are actually affecting the balance.  There are no connectivity issues kicking back.  I have disconnected and re-connected as well as double checking my user and pass and it all re-connects fine.  Continues to say I'm "all set with my account".  My other accounts are updating fine.  Leads me to believe there is an issue between my particular bank and quickbooks.  anyone else seeing this problem with this specific bank or perhaps same problem but other banks?  Only workaround I have is to each day download that days transactions in a .QBO file and then upload it manually and then categorize the transactions appropriately.  Extremally inefficient and would like to get this resolved ASAP.

I acknowledge the importance of solving this issue regarding First National Bank of PA not linking properly with your QuickBooks Online account. Currently, there is an ongoing investigation (INV-95708) related to your concern. Please know that our Product Engineers are diligently working to provide a permanent solution to this and help the affected users get back to work. 

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support team so they can add you to the list of affected users and notify you if a resolution has already been rolled out. Here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, go to Help (?).
  2. Select either of these tabs:
    1. Assistant tab and type Talk to a human.
    2. Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.
  3. Please choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).

 

For Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start subscribers, support will be available M-F from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For Advanced subscribers, you may contact support any time and any day.

I'm having the exact same issue.  It would be great if there was a timeline or expected date of completion that one could look at to give hope that this is actually on the engineering radar and not something that I'm going to have to keep doing a year from now.

 

I was able to see that this issue has gone back as far as last year and maybe even before that, so I do wonder how important that it is to QB in getting this solved.
