Let's get this fixed so your contractors can track their time, @jared-nychelpdes.

 

The error received by your contractors may be caused by browser data issues. There are times that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing QuickBooks websites to act weirdly. To verify, let your contractor track their time using a private browser. To do so, let them press this shortcut key on their keyboard:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

If this works, they need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.

Since the issue persists after following the steps given above, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account securely and help check the cause of the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Use the Help (?) icon.

2. Choose Contact Us.

3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then click Let's talk.

4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

 

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
