My developper account does not let me ask a question

Hi,

I can't post a question with my developper account, it keeps telling me I don't have one. We have quickbooks online, we pay for it, and we can't find a way to get a support directly from Quickbooks.

Could someone help me ?

My developper account does not let me ask a question

Hello there, @alexandregrin.

I see that you've posted the same concern on a different thread. My colleague has responded to you with the details about developer accounts. See this link for more product info and prices: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/reports-and-accounting/re-do-api-calls-without-oa...

Feel free to reply if you have other account questions about QuickBooks-related concerns. The Community is here to help you.

My developper account does not let me ask a question

yes, but the problem is that I keep getting the same answer, which does not work.

I am kind of stuck here. We are considering using quickbooks for our business, we need to integrate it, but I am stuck in a loop where you tell me to ask a question following steps, and it does not work.

How can it tell me I don't have a developer account while I am signed in with my developer account?

My developper account does not let me ask a question

It's great to see you here today, @alexandregrin.

Let me route you to the best support who can help check your developer account so you can ask a question on the Intuit Developer page and complete your task using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account, I encourage you to reach out to our Developer Support team. You can utilize either the General Questions section or the Contact Support button to do so.

Moreover, you can also click the status link on the Intuit Developer page to check some issues and see more details on the health of the platform. Please scroll down to the Platform Status section to do this.

Also, you may want to utilize the helpful API topics on the Intuit Developer page. To do this, go to the API Docs & Tools menu, select QuickBooks Online, and choose API Explorer

You can count me in if there's anything else you need or questions about managing your business's growth and transactions using QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and have a great day, @alexandregrin.

My developper account does not let me ask a question

well I think I am going to give up quickbooks, because it seems no one can help me with my problem.

I have sent like 5 messages saying that I can't post any question because it keeps telling me I don't have a developper account, even though I sign in with my developper account.

I will ask someone else to see if they can post with their own account, because I think there is an issue with mine that is not going to be solved.
