Hello, there. If this is you first batch of payments, this will be deposited within 5 business days. These initial deposits typically take a little longer as we finalize the setup of your account. Once the setup is complete, future customer payments will be processed and deposited more quickly.

 

To find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments, follow the steps below:

 

For QuickBooks Online (QBO)
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

 

For Merchant Services account

 

  1. Log  in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Navigate to the Activity & Reports tab and select All Statements.
  3. Locate your most recent statement and click View.
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number to proceed.
  5. Check the Date in the Activity Summary section. This indicates when  the deposit was made.
