My menu list is blank. How do I retrieve it?

Good day, @AboveandbeyondHPS. Some menu fields in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page will disappear once you accidentally click their hide button. Let me share more information with you.

 

Before anything else, I'd like to know which menu list went blank to identify what resolution we need to provide.

 

However, if you're referring to the left panel list of menus, you can click the Burger icon from the upper left corner. Which function is to show and hide the options.

If it's still blank or this isn't the menu list you're describing, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps by logging in to your account in a private browser. This will determine if the origin of the issue is within the browser you're utilizing while waiting for your response.

 

Moreover, this won't store cache files that can cause odd behaviors when running a web-based program

Feel free to utilize the shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

After that, access the menu lists. If it works, clear the cache of your default browser to remove accumulated data files. If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser. This happens when the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
