Allow me to share what happened with the DD posting in QuickBooks.
We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. For that, we ask for your utmost understanding with the delays caused by this Direct Deposit outage.
The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account.
We temporarily suspended calls at the moment to prevent long hold times as we handle this direct deposit payroll issue.
