My receipts are not showing up after I scan them

The app may have encountered an issue while processing the images, causing them not to display correctly or attach to the transaction, Tim205. This type of behavior is often linked to corrupted or outdated cache files.
 
To resolve this, some mobile troubleshooting can help address the issue preventing you from viewing your uploaded receipts. Start by refreshing your QBO app. Cache files can accumulate and become corrupted over time, which might be why receipts aren’t appearing in the For Review or Reviewed tabs, even though they’ve been saved.
 
Follow the steps below based on your device:
 
For Android:
 
  1. Open the QBO app.
  2. Tap the Menu ☰, then More Options ⋮.
  3. Select Settings and choose Refresh Data.
  4. Confirm by selecting YES.

For iOS:
 
  1. Open Settings on your device and select General.
  2. Navigate to iPhone Storage and tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Select Offload App to free up storage without removing the app's data or documents.
 
If you still can't locate the receipt, update the app to the latest version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. This improves security and stability, reducing the likelihood of similar issues in the future. If the problem continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app for a fresh start.
