Just recently set up quickbooks, and with all the security issues out there, secured my banking account. Knowing that this is a first time setup, quickbooks requested a debit which got denied and are billing me $25.00 for a $.05 debit.
I've been on the phone for hours trying to remedy this, set up call backs with no response. How do you escalate this? My other option is now having the CC company dispute the charge instead.
This isn't the kind of service I want you to experience, mk88.
Let me make it up to you by routing you back to our Live Support Team since I'm unable to pull up an account here in the Community forum.
I know you've already contacted them. However, they can check why the set up was rejected and escalate the issue. Please use this link to get in touch with a support: Contact Payments.
I'm adding this link for additional information about your billing charges: Intuit Payments Standard Pricing Schedule (U.S. only).
Let me know how the contact goes by commenting below. I'll be around whenever you need additional information about your billing.
Someone got back yesterday. After 2+ hours with two reps, then waiting 2+ hours for the 3rd to call. It took 10 minutes to resolve.
Thanks - after 2+ hours with 2 reps, and then waiting another 2+ hours for the 3rd. It finally got resolved - took 10 minutes.
Twitter and this forum got responses faster than the options on the Help menu. Just an FYI.
