I migrated my QB Desktop 2019 file to QB Online Plus and it is showing zero estimates transferred over (we had hundreds in Desktop)
Thanks for joining us here, selkin.
Estimates that are created in the Desktop version should show up in QBO when changing platforms. Although, active estimates are marked as "Closed", while inactive ones will be marked as "Rejected".
However, estimates that were used for progress invoicing won’t link to the invoices you created in the Desktop version.
Can you tell us if there are any other transaction that are missing after moving to QBO? We'd also want to take a closer look at this to determine why the estimates aren't showing up in QBO.
To do that, please contact our phone or support teams. They can help reach out to our Date Services team to make sure the missing estimates are moved successfully to QBO. Here's how to reach out to them:
Additional contact details for our technical support teams are also shared in this article: Contact QuickBooks Desktop Support.
