I do not have Time Elite and cannot find a way to locate the projects in Time?

I appreciate you for getting back to us. I can see the efficiency of being able to supervise an employee's note on a project through Workforce.

As of now, this functionality is available on QuickBooks Time Elite. With that, you may upgrade your subscription so you can review your employee's activities.

So I am confused then.  Why does Workforce allow an employee to add a note that no one can see in the project?

As previously stated by my colleague, anyone assigned to the project can view the activity feed, including team members. Since the supervisors are unable to see the notes created by an employee, I recommend contacting our support team.

One of our specialists will review the projects and notes in your QuickBooks Time account. Once the issue is identified, they'll assist you in applying the permanent resolution. 

To get the contact information: 

1. In the QuickBooks Time web app, click the Find answers and get help  icon to open the help panel.
2. Choose Post a Question to open a new window with a form to ask your support question in the community.
