The Sales Order and the Receive Items transactions aren't available in QBO. On the other hand, you can enter an invoice and bills.
Here's how to enter an invoice:
- Go to the +New icon.
- Under CUSTOMER.
- Click Invoice.
Here's how to enter a bill:
- Go to the +New icon.
- In the VENDOR column.
- Click Bill.
Furthermore, the inventory quantity will automatically be added after creating a Bill for your Purchase orders.
As for the third-party applications, we can't directly recommend you one. You can go to this article: QuickBooks App Store. Then, type keywords for the things you need, like sales orders.
