Are you trying to send your company file to your accountant to review your books or convert the file to Mac? If so, you can only move a company file if you have a QuickBooks-supported version. I'm here to share a few insights and guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transfer of the file.

You'll want to upgrade to QuickBooks Enterprise or download a free trial version so you can use this to convert your file to QuickBooks for Mac.

Is this related to your first question regarding the Admin password?

You need to install QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus/Premier Plus to upgrade your company file before converting it to be open on QB Desktop 2024 Mac Plus. Another option, you should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and they can help to resolve your problem.
