Payroll concenrs

I cannot access my payroll information. Workforce is telling me that the company doesn’t exist.

There are several reasons why you may have trouble viewing your pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce. A common cause is logging into an Intuit account that isn't connected to your payroll.

To rule this out, log out of Workforce. Instead of using a saved password, manually type in the email address where you originally received your Welcome to Workforce invitation. You'll also want to coordinate with your employer to check if they still have an active payroll plan, and you have access or have been invited to QuickBooks Workforce.

If everything is good on their end, ensure that you're using the latest version of the Workedforce app. This way, you'll get our latest bug fixes and security updates. If you're using the platform in a web browser, try signing in with an incognito or private window to resolve any issues related to cached data.

Feel free to ask if you need further help with QuickBooks Workforce.
