Well done performing the alternative to include the employer's phone number on your paystubs, Julissa5. I'm here to provide details about the availability of this feature in QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Payroll.
With QBOP, the option to add the employer's phone number in the pay stub is currently unavailable. I can see how advantageous it is, so I'd encourage you to send this suggestion to our product engineers so they can consider adding this in future updates.
On the other hand, with QBDT Payroll, you'll have to include the employer's phone number in the Contact Name & Address field in the Company Information section to show the said data on your paystubs. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
