We have the same employees but I know is a different identity can I applied as a sole prop and put payroll back as a sole prop in order to become accepted for the loan or can I do it as a corporation even though this company payroll stared in July and i can prove that we had a payroll as a sole prop before . I hope my question is not confusing and thank you so much for responding.
