I got an email today that stated that my QuickBooks online was going to increase in price as of May 3,2024. If a customer renews early would there be any discount for that? 645.00 is a lot of money for someone who is on a fixed income and doesn't make a lot of money but yet still needs to do their bookkeeping with QB.
Hi, @missymarykay55.
I hear you. I understand the financial impact of QuickBooks Online's (QBO) price increase on your business. With this, let me route you to our Support Team to discuss your current plan including its renewal.
Our Support Team can pull up your account and discuss the best way forward regarding your current subscription plan. Here's how you can reach out to them:
1. In your QBO account, go to Help (?).
2. Select either of these tabs:
3. Choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).
They are available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT for Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus users. For QBO Advanced, support is available any time and any day.
If you need to update your subscription or just view your billing history after this, let me add this article as a guide: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
Let us know if you have more concerns about renewing your QBO subscription. We'll be here to assist.
You may consider switching to QB Desktop.
Yes but the desktop version you still have to pay a 1 yr fee and I can't find out how much that is. I only use my QB for my personal use, I don't use payroll and I don't make any payments with my QB. I just need to record my transactions and to be able to run reports for my accountant.
If you don't need to run any add-ons (e.g QB Payroll, QB Payment), you should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and they have an option for your case.
