Join nowI use Quickbooks Professional (desktop). I have price levels set up so that I charge a different hourly rate for each client (assigned to the client / customer). I am hiring a paralegal and want to set up a second price level so that he can charge at a different hourly rate for each client as well (though a lower hourly rate than mine). Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing your concern in the QuickBooks Community page, @Braandee.
I'll help you set up a second price level for your paralegal. Here's how:

Hi @Braandee,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the price level concern you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification?
If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
I believe I got everything figured out now! I've got price item lists now that include both "legal fees" and "paralegal fees" where I can set each to the amount I choose, then I use the appropriate price item for each customer. My paralegal will bill under "paralegal fees" while I will bill under "legal fees" and it will now charge the appropriate hourly rate for each. Thanks!
