Print previous bank reconcililation

Here's how to print Reconciliation reports in QuickBooks Online:

1. Select the Gear icon.
2. Choose Reconcile.
3. Click History by account.
4. Choose the Account and Report period with the drop-down boxes on the screen.
5. Click on the year that you need if there are multiple options.
6. Select View report in the ACTION column.
7. Click on the Printer icon in the upper right of the screen.

Is there a way to do this in the desktop version?

Yes, there is, spucctreasurer.

You can access your reports and look for the Previous Reconciliation report.

Like this:

1. Click Reports at the top.
2. Select Banking, and then choose Previous Reconciliation.
3. Choose the account from the drop-down, select the type and the transactions you want to be displayed.
4. Select Display.
5. If you selected the report in PDF format, click the Print file icon at the top toolbar of the report.
6. In the Print window, review your printer settings and click the Print button.
7. If you chose the Transactions cleared plus any changes option, click the Print button at the top.
8. Select Report from the drop-down.

QuickBooks online isn't allowing me to pull reconciliation report from previous year.  How can I choose the 2018 reconciliation view?

I'd be glad to help you to view your previous year reconciliation report in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports.

2. Type Reconciliation Report in the Find report by name search bar.

3. Select Reconciliation Reports.

4. Click Account for the reconciliation report you want to view.

5. From the Report period drop-down arrow, then choose the reconcile period.

6. Select View Report.

Hello, there.

Thank you for your reply.  I had to call the customer service and unfortunately when we all transfer DATA from the desktop to QuickBooks online version, the previous years cannot be exported. So, I will not able to generate the reconciliation reports for 2017 and neither 2018. :(
