printing letters & envelopes

Trying to print letters and envelopes to vendors and QB can't find the file that those templates are stored in. This has been going on for over a month now.  I called QB for help & was on the line with them for over an hour and nothing was accomplished.  They were supposed to look into it and I've heard nada.

Let me address your concern about printing letters and envelopes to vendors in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @rabidaggie.

 

I've checked our records here and found out that there's an open investigation regarding your concern. Our banking engineers are working diligently to fix this as soon as possible.

 

I'd suggest reaching our Customer Support Team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users. You'll also receive email updates as soon as they become available. You can provide this INV-82335  number.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Press the Contact Us hyperlink.
  4. Enter your concern and hit Let's Talk.
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback or Start a message.

Amilyn sent it to programming or whoever takes care of bugs & they are working on it.  Case #1595338094.  Still not resolved.
