Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, Evo Nicole USA. I also appreciate you for performing some steps to achieve your goal. With this, I'll be sharing details on how activating the Inventory and Price rule features works in QuickBooks and ensure you'll be able to see this option in the system.
Turning on the Inventory feature to start setting up and tracking your items in QuickBooks Online is only available in the Plus and Advanced versions. Based on the screenshot you've provided, it seems you're using the Online Essential and not the Quickbooks advanced. However, to verify this one, you can check the subscription you're utilizing by going to the Account and settings.
Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
- Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and choose Account and settings.
- Click the Billing & Subscription section. From there, you'll be able to see the version at the top of the box.
Once verified that you're using the Essential, I suggest upgrading your QuickBooks subscription to Plus or Advanced so you can use the Inventory and Price rules feature. After that, you can click each article below to view details on how you can track your inventory and set pricing rules for specific products and services.
If you're already operating the Advanced version but still unable to see the said features, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
- For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
