QB account invoice

Anybody else having trouble with viewing/locating their latest invoice (account membership invoice) from Quickbooks? I had this same problem in Sep 2022 and it took weeks to get it. It displays all older ones but sometimes it skips, and my credit card has already been charged. Any answer appreciated.

QB account invoice

Hi there, @jmphoenix2000,

I'll be glad to help you locate your latest invoices. Have you tried going to the View payment history button? If not, let me walk you through it.

Here's how:
 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select View payment history.
  5. On the Payment History page, select a date range and then click on the printer icon to print.


To make sure that you'll receive invoices via email, I suggest that you reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support Expert. 

Here's how:
 

  1. Select Help (?).
  2. Click the Search tab to get started:
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter the topic of your concern.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Choose either Chat, Appointment, or Callback.

QB account invoice

Yes of course I have tried the payment history section, other months are there but Nov 2022 isn't.  This happened in September and my invoice wasn't available until weeks later.
