QB Desktop 2014 won't accept email password

Hi, I'm having issues with QB Desktop 2014 not accepting my Gmail email password when sending quotes/Invoices. Any ideas why? I have tried all possible google options, even asked AI.. nothing.

Try to remove and re-add your email address.

QB Desktop 2014 won't accept email password

Welcome to the Community space, @86androux. I have more details about QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2014 and why it's unable to accept your password and send transactions through email.

Due to the discontinuation of old program versions, some options that require internet usage, like sending sales forms to customers and payroll-related tasks, and those extra features will no longer work. Also, please be aware that this includes QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, QuickBooks Desktop Payments, and online bank feeds. Discontinued versions won't receive the latest critical security patches and updates. For more details, please see this page: QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy

On the other hand, you can check the latest version of QBDT and have the chance to explore it. Feel free to check these articles:

I'm just a click away if you require assistance handling data and transactions or have other questions about the program. Comment below, and I'll respond as soon as possible. Keep safe.
