QB desktop for Mac 2019: "requested URL was not found on this server"

Just installed QB Desktop for Mac 2019.  First time user.  Want/need to take advantage of help screens and tutorials.  First round of tutorials about setting up accounts/adding customers, etc., all result in same error screen:  The requested URL was not found on this server.

What's the problem here?

A footnote.  This is a real pain.  Registering product was a pain, too.  Had to do it by phone because online registration wouldn't work.  Please tell me that these initial problems aren't an omen that this expensive investment is going to turn out to be a nightmare to work with.

Thanks.

I'm a long-time user and also cannot register online. When I called, the automated system sent me a text link to the instructions. Which also do not work. Now I've been on hold for 12 minutes and counting because it will not permit me to register, even though the website recognizes my account and sees that I purchased it. So annoying.

What's the issue with online registration? My attempt failed after 20 minutes of spinning, and same result with multiple retries. So when I called, the automated system sent me a link to instructions, which, of course, do not work. On hold now for 12 minutes and counting, which is annoying as hell, particularly since the purchase is clearly visible in my online account.

This doesn't bode well for this version . . .

3 weeks after the last post, and this still isn't resolved? I know Mac users are considered the bottom feeders and you're trying your best to get users to the subscription model, but this is something that should be resolved by now. It's a link. Make it work, please. I'd like to register my 2019 for Mac too. Calling phone number again, since I'm always holding...

It clearly hasn't been resolved four months later- I just bought a copy and installed it and it won't complete online registration for me, either.  It just keeps throwing me back to the dialog to choose online or phone, then asks for my phone number and zip code, tries to sell me some things, and when I click on the "start using quickbooks" it starts all over again.
