I am working in QBES20 and none of the help features will work, not the quick help links within the menus. Is this a glitch in 20 version or how do I fix this?

They have been closely looking into the root cause the Help menu isn't working as expected. I'd suggest giving us a call or chat so our Phone Support Team can add your account to the notification list. Updates and a permanent fix will be sent via email.
