Hi @accounts344 , you could follow the steps through the link : Use direct debit or Direct debit (manual or use 3rd party app) then when you run report, select the payment filter. For csv export you could use https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo . Comment back, cheers.

To set up or specify a customer for direct debit, you'll want to contact our QuickBooks Payments Support so they can assess your customer's account.

Regarding on downloading payment reports, you have the option to export it to excel or PDF but not on a CVS format. You'll want to use a third party application to help you convert the file. Just visit the QuickBooks App Center through this link https://apps.intuit.com/.
To open the payment report, you can run the Transaction List by Customer and filter the Transaction Type to show Payment. I'll show you how to do it below:
