It’s nice to see you posting your concern in the QuickBooks Community, @WillisAndrew. I’ll share some insights about importing invoice templates from MS Word into QuickBooks Online.
I understand that this feature is beneficial to you and your business. However, we’ll no longer have access to the Import Styles option in QuickBooks Lab for new QBO accounts after June 29, 2021. Existing accounts can continue to use DOCX templates uploaded before this date.
Also, these file types can cause issues when uploading your custom form styles. Let’s ensure to avoid these:
