QuickBook Desktop

Hello there, imran786.

I can help you in ensuring that other workstations with QuickBooks Desktop are updated with your license information.

If you get a subscription error when accessing QuickBooks Desktop, you should be able to fix it by logging in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs). This is normally fixed by making sure your billing information is up-to-date.

In your case, since you are able to sign in to (CAMPs) and check your license information, we'll need to ensure that the other computers/workstations sync with it.

Here's how:

  1. In each computer, open QuickBooks Desktop and log in as admin.
  2. Go to the Help menu and hover over Manage My License.
  3. Then select Sync License Data Online.

If the issue persists, you can proceed by installing the most recent QuickBooks Desktop update. This typically resolves subscription errors and ensures you have the most recent features and fixes.

You can also check out the other suggested solutions in this article if you continue to receive the same error: Fix subscription has lapsed error in QuickBooks Desktop.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance. I'd be glad to help. Have a great day!
