Quickbook Pro 2019 Recent Update

I have Quickbooks Pro 2019.  A few days ago I installed the latest update.  Since then, the checks will not print properly--the numbers are too far to the right  and the numerical numbers are partially off the page.  When I use the "align" feature in "Printer Setup", and get the numbers all on the check, the first 2 or 3 letters in the written dollar amount do not print.

Has anyone had this problem, or any problems, after installing thethat recent update/upgrade?

Thanks for visiting the Community, Photorss.

I’ve looked into this further, and we’re unable to find any report similar to your concern. Let’s use the Print Repair Tool to resolve your printing issue.

When using this utility, you’ll have to download first the QuickBooks Tool Hub. From there, run the Print Repair Tool.

Here’s how:

  1. Make sure to close your QuickBooks.
  2. Then, download the latest version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub and click Save File.
  3. Open the QuickBooksToolHub.exe link.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
  5. Next, double-click the icon on your desktop to access the tool hub.
  6. From there, go to the Program Problems menu on the left panel to select the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.tool hub.png

Once done, open your QuickBooks and print a check. If you continue to get the same result, perform Solutions 2-4 in the following guide: Troubleshoot PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop.

For additional reference, here’s an article that provides an overview of how to fix common printing issues: Resolve printing problems.

Please let me know if there's any other way I can be of assistance. I'm just a few clicks away for help. Have a good one.
