I've been having problems with QB 2009 not emailing, now I found out it's not printing either. I tried Microsoft Word 2010 and it's only printing sometimes, but I can email from it.
The printing gets frozen up. It worked one time after taking advise from a forum to turn off printer, restart Windows, then try again. It printed that time, but has stopped again. Any thoughts. Must be something in common here. Printer works from my phone though. It's a wireless printer. Thanks for the help.

There are different reasons why we encounter printing issues in QuickBooks Desktop. In addition, we also have more solutions to fix it. The first solution would be to run the QuickBooks Print & Print Repair Tool.

I tried to install the repair tool, then it gave me another thing to download for Windows Vista(NET Framework 4.7). When I try to install it, it says 4.6 is the latest that can be used on Windows Vista. I installed 4.6 but the repair tool won't work. I guess it needs 4.7 which I can't download???? Help
For some reason it started printing without using the repair tool :0 What is going on?? first problems with sending email, then printing. I have a laptop I can't even get to send email from, and I've got QB 2017 and Windows 10 on it.... What is going on?? Frustrating

QuickBooks regularly provides maintenance release and product updates to fix emailing concerns, add features and enhancements, and update compliance information.

I went in to my XPS Document Writer and found that it was "Paused". Whatever that done to make it right, I don't really know. I just saw the mention of it on one of the post and thought I'd give it a try. I reset it and now I can send email from my 2009 QB:) I still have a problem with my laptop with Windows 10 and QB 2017 though. I still can't email with it. It won't even open my Windows Mail account so I can try to edit it:( Oh well, at least one is working. Still got a ways to go to where I need to go, but this will keep me in business for now:)
