Within the last two days I've lost certain functions on the Quickbooks app (iPhone).
The big one at the moment is the snap receipt feature is completely gone, I use this almost daily and need it to work. Why has it been removed?
Second, with the new progress invoicing they've forced us to use I have several problems with. I invoice solely in the field with the app on each job site. Previously, all in one efficient "motion", I've been able to select create invoice, add customer, enter each field for the customer, then create the invoice and send it,
Now when you create invoice and enter the customers information it gives you one line to do so, and when you go to the customers page its all on the address line and not city and state etc. It doesn't populate the customers card correctly as it did prior to the progress invoicing. So now I have to go to create customer and enter the data first, save it, and then go create an invoice. This may seem trivial but it worked before and it slows me down when im writing 30 invoices a day. Example pics below.
Also if you create the invoice the latter example i stated, you cannot turn off shipping to the customer on the invoice.
As of this morning I can no longer click on my bank accounts to refresh them at all, it does nothing.
one other item not really used by myself, the cash flow button was broken but looks to be gone completely now.
