After installing an update a couple weeks ago, my Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions 2022 (desktop) shuts down when switching between companies.
Anyone having this issue?
Is there anything in the works to remedy the problem?

To verify my understanding, are you encountering any error messages when QuickBooks closes?
I'd initially recommend troubleshooting with your Verify Data utility. This identifies known issues within company files and informs you if the Rebuild Data tool needs to be utilized afterwards.
Here's how it's used:
In the event its results show a "Your data has lost integrity," message, this indicates there's damage in your file. You can use the Rebuild Data utility to fix it. For specific errors, there may already be a resource for them on our support site.
If it displays a "QuickBooks detected no problems with your data," notification, or you've searched our help articles and didn't find any existing resources about the specific error it displayed, you can continue troubleshooting with your QuickBooks Tool Hub.
Here's how:
In the event your books continue crashing when switching between company files, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
I've also included a detailed resource about QuickBooks crashing which may come in handy moving forward: While working in QuickBooks, QuickBooks closes unexpectedly (crashes with or without an error)
Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a great day!
I don't get an error code of any type.
The program just shuts down and I have to reopen it.
I have run the tools and it doesn't help.
Thank you for following the recommendations provided above. I'm here to offer further troubleshooting steps to address the issue.
To begin, let's initiate a process to resolve any potential problems within your QuickBooks Desktop application. There might be some damage to your company file, and it's important to determine if the issue lies within QuickBooks or your data file. Here's how you can proceed:
If you see any errors, run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic tool from the Tools Hub.
If the issue persists, run repair QuickBooks Desktop to replace all damaged installation files. After the process, open QuickBooks Desktop and access your data file again.
