How big is the file size?
Various sizes. Some are QB files that we just set up for new clients -- so not very big at all.
I'm trying to download the file but it errors out. Is there an alternative link?
Hello @AngelJr,
I'm glad to see you dropping by here in the Community space. I'm here to help you download the tool recommended by my colleague to fix issues in QuickBooks Desktop.
Yes, there's an alternative link to download the file. The QuickBooks Tool Hub is also called a Refresher tool that fixes company file issues in the program.
It's a launchpad for the tools you can use to resolve QuickBooks issues. Each tab has a set of tools to address different types of problems.
Here's the link: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.
Also, I want to share how you can run the Verify Data and Verify Rebuild tools to fix data issues. These features in QuickBooks will help self-identify data issues within a company file and self-resolve them using Rebuild Data. For more information, visit this article: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.
Feel free to comment below if you need further assistance using the Desktop version. We're available 24/7 in this public forum.
