What do you need from them? Do you need to purchase a QB Desktop license or else?

They're offering QB desktop pro 2023.  They have a reseller code

though the QR code that doesn't work.  I need Intuit to authenticate their status.  I've included the code below.

Having certification has nothing to do with the reseller.

Why do you need to buy QB Desktop 2023 Pro Plus when QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus is already available?
