Quickbooks online Advanced

A few days ago I upgraded from QB online to QB online advanced. Got all signed up, downloaded the app to desktop. Been putting data in program for several days. I started up my computer just now and the app for QB online advanced as gone from my desktop. Can you help me figure out what happen?

Good day! Let's make sure that you can find the app and continue working, jdj6268.

 

The shortcut in your desktop might have been removed when your computer was turned off. You can manually search for the desktop app so you can open it. 

 

Just click the Start menu, and then scroll through the alphabetical list on the left (if your Start screen is set to show as full screen, select All apps, and then scroll through the list). 

 

You can also type in the name of the app in the Search bar.

Once you find it, use the steps in this article from Microsoft on how to add the app back to your desktop: Pin Apps and Folders to the Desktop or Taskbar.

Quickbooks online Advanced

To add a QuickBooks Online shortcut to your desktop screen, Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account. On the address bar, you will see a QuickBooks icon right beside the website address. Drag and drop it onto the desktop screen. This is the way you can put icon. Alpine Skyward Login
