Hi,
I recently downloaded the Quickbooks App to track my business finances. I was especially hoping to make use of the receipt capture feature but it does not show up at all. I have refreshed, unistalled and re-installed and still no receipt capture feature. Why is this? Is it because I need to upgrade to Essentials package or Plus Package because i currently use Simple Start.

All QuickBooks Online versions have this feature. QuickBooks Online Simple Start has the feature to capture and upload receipts and bills images from your phone as well. I'll be adding a screenshot below. Here's how to access this feature using the mobile app:

If you don't have this feature after uninstalling and reinstalling your mobile app, then I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team. Their tools can get into your account in a secure environment, identify the cause of this issue and help you resolve it.

Hi thank you for your response, after numerous tries I was still unsuccessful but I found out that receipt capture is only available in certain regions. Unfortunately it is not available for my region.
You may need a 3rd app to do so and integrate it with your QBO account.
