Join nowWhy does the "test drive" now want me to log in? It didn't used to. I've tried multiple browsers and they all try to make me log in. When I try it doesn't work.
Your page here makes it seem easy:
When using Chrome, I get this error after clicking the captcha and waiting awhile:
When I finally successfully logged in using Firefox, I got this:
Brilliant! So, in order to use the QB Online sample company, first I have to sign up and buy QB Online.
That's an interesting tactic, but 1) I don't think it will work to help sell QuickBooks, and 2) it's probably not what Intuit meant.
Can you get this fixed, Intuit?
Took me 2 tries, but it works for me in Chrome.

It doesn't ask you to log in?
So, I went back about 30 mins after my initial post and it did ask me to log in. I logged in and got in this loop of repetitive login screens and, just at that time, I got booted out of both the Test Drive login process as well as QB Community. When I logged back into QB Community, everything worked fine again. I cleared my browser history (cache, cookies, history, etc.) at some point in the process (I forget exactly when) as well so that may have had some impact, not sure.

Yes, that sounds like exactly what happened to me! Dirpy junk, IMO.

So you weren't prompted to log in? If you try again now, are you prompted?
I just tried again, and it pulled up just fine. No login needed.
Yesterday, it kept pulling up my own account, instead of the test drive. I closed out of the Chrome browser and started again, and it worked fine, with no log in required.
I didn't clear the cache/ cookies or anything, either.
