My issue has not been resolved .Is there any way that this can be escalated ?
I understand the urgency of this matter to your business, sales-the sweet. Allow me to add details about formats in preparing invoices.
Before printing invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), the system automatically sets them up in portrait mode as designed, and there is no direct option to switch to landscape format.
Alternatively, you can manually change the orientation settings of your printer so you can print your invoices in a landscape format. This option is available on the Microsoft Edge browser.
You can follow the steps below for guidance:
I've included a screenshot below for your visual reference.
After adjusting the settings, preview your invoice to check.
As this is a functioning design, I can't process an escalation. Instead, you are welcome to provide suggestions to our product development team. They'll carefully review your idea and may consider it for future updates.
Here's how to submit your response:

Hi ,ok i will use the link as requested.
What was the reason that the software developers did not allow quickbooks online to have the same capabilities as quickbooks desktop? i.e Why do they not alter it so that i can print on A5 in landscape?
This has made it extremely inconvenient for my business ,as i print 150 invoices a week ,and some customers only buy one or two line items ,so printing on A4 is a waste of paper.
Besides that A5 invoices is easier for my delivery staff to handle ,and easier for the office to file.
Can you not please esclate this to the QB developers to work on?
thanks
mike
