Join nowHello,
I recently purchased QB Pro 2019 from Costco E-Download and it looks like it may be a 32 bit version. I am running a Windows 10 machine. Is there a way to verify if the software I am using is 32 or 64. If running 32 bit, is there a way to upgrade it to 64 bit.
Thank you

Thank you for getting back, @DCBUS.
Since your system meets all the standard requirements, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. First, run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool (QBIntall Tool). This helps identify any component issues related to your QuickBooks.
For the steps:
1. Download the QuickBooks Install DiagnosticTool.
2. When prompted, save the file to the local Desktop.
3. Close any open programs and run the QBInstall Tool. It may take up to 20 minutes to complete, depending on your internet speed and computers performance.
4. Restart the computer after running the tool to ensure the components are properly updated.
If you're getting the same experience, I recommend trying the other solutions provided in this article: QuickBooks Desktop won't open, has stopped working, or not responding.

Hello,
Thank you for the reply. My system meets all the requirements. I am running into issues where QB is locking up in certain areas. Mostly when I try to import items. If I try anything but the advanced import, QB locks up and I have to restart the program. Thank you
