Quickbooks support webform doesn't work

I had a problem where quickbooks broke my business by screwing up synchronization between Tsheets and Quickbooks online.

I contacted support and asked questions to support and did not get it fixed.

Finally, support says they fixed the issue. They made progress, but still my business is broken. I attempted to reply, and pasted the error message from Quickbooks online into the support form.

I get an error that says "No HTML in replies". I didn't paste HTML. I pasted copy-paste from the quickbooks webpage. Their faulty form interpreted it as HTML (which makes no sense at all if it disallows HTML).

So I tried to convert it to plain text and submit again. Not I get an error that says "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."

I had to be really careful to paste that error as plaintext so that this form doesn't complain at me.

So how do I reply now? Quickbooks thinks I'm spamming them when in reality their support tool doesn't function properly.

QuickBooks Online uses your browser's cache and cookies to run faster. However, they can block web pages from loading. Clear your cache and cookies, then sign in to QuickBooks Online. If you still can't sign in. MyHTSpace

Quickbooks support webform doesn't work

This is not the impression we want you to experience when accessing the QuickBooks support web form, @justin13

I appreciate the time and effort you've spent with one of our support agents. I'll personally share your feedback with our Customer Support Team regarding this one. We'll be able to take action on improving our customer service. We can try logging into the Tsheets website and access QuickBooks Online (QBO) from there. Then, tap the Sign in with Intuit button and click on QB Payroll located on the header. Once done, hit the Import to sync the data and choose the Launch QuickBooks to check if it has synced successfully.

For the error message "No HTML in replies", we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. The accumulated cache in your browser causes odd behavior and blocks web pages from loading. Start by accessing your Online account in a private or incognito window. Just refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

If it works, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers. If the same thing happens, please reach out to our TSheets Support team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and help you with this one.

I've added this article for your future reference about the Tsheets and QuickBooks integration: TSheets and QuickBooks Online integration FAQs

Whenever you have other questions or concerns with your QBO and TSheets account, feel free to leave a reply in this thread. I’m just a post away from you. Keep safe.
