I have the same problem! I need help getting the app back to what it was. It just automatically changed and now I can’t see when my customers view and accept an estimate
Allow me to help you with this matter and check your Estimates' activity in QuickBooks, Caseyd33.
To confirm, are you using the new QuickBooks version and want to switch back to the old invoice layout? If so, the availability to get back the old one for invoice/estimate depends on your plan. If you're using Plus or Advanced, you'll have the option to switch the layout.
To do so, go to + New, then select the Estimate, and then click Old layout. I've added a screenshot below for a better visualization.
Meanwhile, you can update the layout anytime by clicking the Update layout to switch back to the new interface.
Please take note that the old layout no longer shows the dates when the estimate is viewed and accepted.
However, if you're referring to something else about getting back the app to how it was before, feel free to give us an update below. Any additional information will be much appreciated.
Going back, once we've sent an estimate to our customers, they'll have the option to accept or reject it. Furthermore, its status will automatically update after the selection using the New layout.
