I am trying to condense my company file. During the verification process I get this error. I have tried rebulding the file several times, restoring from a Portable File Backup, tried Desktop File Doctor - all to no avail. I am unsure what the masterrecordnum ID is or how to get to it to perhaps fix the error and get to where I can do the condense. Help!! Thank you in advance.

If you still keep getting this error after following the steps, I'd suggest contacting our Desktop Care Support to get this issue escalated. They can access your account in a secure environment and further isolate the error at line 154.
