Buy nowI am so confused. I have almost 300 receipts that I just uploaded and it shows that I have 296 but the second I click to go to the next page I suddenly have 276. Then I click to the next page and now says I only have 256 receipts. It does this until it gets to 146 and then holds there.
The page says 1-10 of 296, then says 11-20 of 276 and so on. Why is it eating up my receipts and how can I fix this as I can't see the ones I am looking for and I know I just uploaded it and it says it went.
It's nice to see you here, @sabrinnam79.
I can share some insights about the Receipts display preference in QuickBooks Online.
The Receipts tab will display 10 transactions per page. When you click Next the number of the previous page is deducted to the total number of receipts. I'll show you how this works using some screenshots.
The total number of receipts in the first page is 242 for this example.
After clicking Next, 20 gets deducted from the total list to indicate you already opened 10 from the previous page and another 10 on the second page. So 242-20=222. See this:

This sort of helps but doesn't at the same time. I don't get to view all 296 of my receipts, I have uploaded a bunch and they aren't there. I've looked at every page and I don't have them all. This seems off since I just tried to upload the same one again and should show as a duplicate but doesn't show at all. I have not been able to view all 296 receipts :(
I know how important it is to view the 296 receipts, sabrinnam79.
