There's a required software to read this data, tomfitzpat.
You'll want to check with your IT representative to obtain it. Once you have that, you will be able to download the data to your computer.
You can follow these steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Click Activity & Reports from the menu, select the information you want to export.
- Select the date range, and click the Search button.
- Once the results are displayed, click the Export link to begin downloading.
- Once completed, you may receive an option to Download or Open the information selected.
