In the "Reminders List", I see the reminder. On that reminder, I click "Edit and Create" to record a payment and save it, successfully. The problem is that after I complete that task of recording a payment from that screen, the "Reminders List" never updates. It continues to show that reminder as if I had never taken action on it. How can we fix this to make the "Reminders List" update? Does anyone have any tips for this?

Did you ever get anywhere on this? I have two accounts and the Advanced version will not update but the basic does... please help. The business I run the advanced platform with has so many more reminders and they don't update after I take action.. it is extremely frustrating.
I understand the importance of viewing the latest updates in the reminders list, Jaime.

This issue is still not fixed. I've opened several cases on this as far back as November (although I noticed this occuring in late summer 2023). Reminders should go away after "edit and create". Clicking "skip" to make them go away is not a solution and the recurring transaction list leaves the previous date "blank" which is misleading. As this feature was working fine last summer it's obvious a change was deployed and not fully tested. I do notice that recurring reminder for a Journal Entry does go away after using. It's mainly with expense reminders that it's not working as expected.
I can see the urgency of getting this issue fixed so you can get the Recurring invoice reminders feature working again, TBBFinance.

The frustration continues. Still have to "skip" reminders after using them to get them to update to the next interval date in the recurring transaction list. Why?
The history shows that TWO investigations have been opened. INV-91805 and INV-97602. Are they really both marked as closed and RESOLVED? Please explain the resolution.
On 3/1/2024 I asked to be added to INV-97602 and Angelo confirmed "I was able to pull up the account and check the ongoing investigation. I will attached your email now to the INV-97602 and I will also create a case for your concern and attached it to the ongoing investigation as well so your name will be put to priority list.” I have not received any updates.
Please provide an update and do not tell me the investigation is closed and resolved without explaining HOW it has been resolved.
