Rent R'cvd - Type & Account

I own a property in which there is a warehouse I rent out, (no notes/loans on the property it is owned).  That said, to enter the billable item to customer from QBDT as RENT, I would enter the rent TYPE as a service, correct?.....and the ACCOUNT would be a fixed asset as it is property - correct?  Thanks
