Shared file from mini Mac server to my Mac desktop

Hi,  I'm hoping someone can help me.  We are unable to open a shared file from our Mini Mac server to our desktop.

When I try and open up our Company File  I get the following error (Quickbooks lost connection to the company file. To reconnect to the file, click OK, then look for the company file under shared files).  It's like we have no connection between our server and desktop.

We have checked all our connections, permissions, files are shared  and rebooted everything.  It worked fine when we left on Friday and we came back on Monday and nothing works
