We would like to use a signature pad to capture a signature on an estimate, sales order, and/or invoice in QuickBooks Enterprise, is there a plug in?

Let me help share information about signature in QuickBooks, @Crile Industries.

 

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to plug in a signature pad to capture a signature for customers' sales. While the option is not yet available, I suggest letting our product developers know about your request by sending feedback. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Click Product Suggestion.
  4. Under Product Area, choose Customers Sales.
  5. Enter a few words describing how you wanted to have the option to capture a signature while creating the invoice.
  6. Select Send Feedback.
  7. Click Close Window.

Currently, QuickBooks Desktop does not support signature pads for capturing signatures on sales forms. If you haven’t submitted feedback yet, I encourage you to do so. It helps our development team consider this feature for future updates.

 

Here’s how you can submit your ideas:

 

  1. Click on the Help option.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Choose Product Suggestion and enter your thoughts.
  4. Click the Send Feedback button.

 

Additionally, you can run and customize sales reports to easily track your sales within the program.
