Split screen option intermittent.

I'm using the QBO desktop app with Desktop view toggled "on" in an attempt to utilize the split screen function recently added.  Sometimes the option is there and sometimes it is not.  So frustrating and odd.  I contacted support, got bumped up to higher tier support levels.  They left it at, "We'll contact you if we figure it out."

 

Windows 11 Business OS, new machine with an Intel 7 chipset.  I am befuddled.

  2. Click on the Help button at the top of the page.
  3. Choose the Search tab, then click Contact us.
  4. Type in your concern, and click Continue.
  5. Under Callback, click Have us call you button. This will route you to enter your details.

You may also want to check your email for any updates regarding the progress of your request.

 

Additionally, you can run reports to get a comprehensive overview of your business finances.

Split screen option intermittent.

For the record, the split screen option has once again disappeared (last week, actually but I wanted to wait and see if it would reappear - no such luck).  To that end, I tried to use your awesome instructions to reach out to the help team directly but when I select Help and Search, there is no "Contact Us" button to choose - anywhere on the screen.  This is becoming insanely frustrating.  Help is appreciated!!!
