Good day, LIsa Villa.
I'm here to assist you in recording the payments.
On your first question, technically this can work. However, there's no check number involved, so you can just enter QCKPY in the check number field to indicate that it was processed through Quickpay.
If your son is the owner, then it's a draw, but please clarify this with your accountant. You can also enter QCKPY in the check number field.
I've added these links if you need references about vendor payments:
Please leave a reply if you need anything else. Wishing you all the best!
