I spent the entire day yesterday on a chat with qb and 4 hours last evening on the phone trying to resolve this to no avail. I also missed a clients (small) payroll deadline because of this. It has been escalated, but I have had no reassurance that it will actually be resolved before my huge client needs to submit their payroll. Does anyone have ANY help on how I can get this resolved?!?!
On a side note I am very upset about Intuits complete lack of willingness to help their pro advisor in a dire situation. These people depend on their paychecks to provide for their families! It's hard to push a product to your clients when they are unwilling to fix such an important issue!!!
